SASN Netball Convenor Framework for Using Sportivo

Welcome to your central guide for managing leagues on Sportivo. As a SASN Netball Convenor, you play a vital role in ensuring your league data is accurate, timely, and easy to access. This document will walk you through every key step—from registration to result updates—so you can confidently run your leagues with minimal admin hassle.

Step 1: SASN Convenor Registration

If you haven't already, you need to register as a convenor for your District.

Note: Once you’ve submitted your registration, your access will be approved by our Admin team at Sportivo and you will be added to your District as an Administrator with the email address used in your registration. 

Step 2: Logging In to the Sportivo Admin Portal

Once you're registered and approved, log in to the Sportivo Admin Portal to start managing your leagues.

Step 3: Linking Schools or Organisations

Ensure that all participating schools or clubs are correctly linked to your district. This step is crucial to make sure teams can be added to the correct leagues.

Step 4: Creating and Setting Up Your League

Once everything is linked, you can start building your league. This includes selecting divisions, age groups, match formats, and teams.

Sharing the Tournament with Spectators
To allow your spectators to follow the league, you can either:

• Share the competition/league with them using the mobile app,

✔️ Double-check your settings before publishing the league to avoid confusion or rework.

Step 5: Updating Results

Sportivo allows results to be updated in two ways:

Via Admin Portal:

• Always make sure your teams are linked correctly before creating your league.
