Tutorial: Club Management with Sportivo

Welcome to the ultimate guide for managing your club efficiently on Sportivo! Whether you're a seasoned administrator or a novice, this tutorial will walk you through the essential steps to streamline your club management process. 

Here's what we'll cover:

1. Profile Creation:

 If you haven't created a profile yet:

• Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for a message from us with instructions.
• Follow the email instructions to create your profile.

If you have a profile but forgot your password:

• Use the provided Password Reset Link to reset your password:

2. Role permissions:

• Administrator:

         Full access, including registration, result updates, calendar events, player management.

• Coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers:

         Manage players, update results, create calendar events, manage team sheets.

• Match administrator:

         Can update match results only.

3. Registration of players:

• Players fill out the Player Registration Form provided by the Union on Sportivo.
• Pending registrations will appear on the Sportivo Platform.
• Process new registrations, transfer registrations (in and out) and renew registrations using the provided guides:

4. Adding players & updating team sheets:

• Admin portal: Add players to teams, designate leadership, and manage team sheets.

         Use provided guides for adding players, leadership and team sheets:

• Mobile: Follow mobile guides for adding players and updating teams sheets:

5. Matches and updating results:

• Admin portal: Update match results for your club's fixtures.

         Use the provided guide to update results:

6. Calendar events:

• Schedule training sessions on the Sportivo App.
• Players and parents receive push notifications for event changes.
• Record attendance if desired.

7. Communication & Chat groups:

Whether it's rallying your entire club, including the devoted supporters, or fostering individual team connections through personalized chat groups, Sportivo has everything you need.

• Facilitate easy communication within your club.
• Automatically maintained by the system.
• When players move teams, chat groups update accordingly.
• When coaches are added, they are automatically included in chat groups.
