Reporting and Managing Linked Organisations on Sportivo.

Sportivo provides a streamlined platform for managing linked organisations and their associated activities. This guide covers key functionalities for handling linked organisations, organisation teams, pending organisations, creating new organisations, and generating reports effectively.

Linked Organisations  

Linked organisations allow a parent organisation (e.g., district) to manage and oversee multiple connected organisations (e.g., clubs or schools).

Key Features:  

- View and manage all linked organisations from your district.  

- Access contact details for linked organisations (clubs or schools).  

- View teams created in each organisation for specific sporting codes.  

- Request the addition of new organisations or teams needed for your league.  

- Download reports in XLS format for easy review.  

1.  Navigate to https://sportivo.app/admin/#/authentication/login

2. Click and login on "Go to New Admin Portal".

3. Click on "Organisation Links".

4. Click on "Organisations" check the list to ensure all required organisations for the league or tournament are included.

5. Click the search option to locate a specific school linked to your parent organisation.

6. It will show all the related teams and details regarding the organisation/school in your search.

7. Click on "Organisation Teams".

8. Click search to view the teams within a specific school.

9. This will then provide you with the detailed team information and contacts for the schools if they have already been entered.

10. Click on " + Organisation" to request the addition of a new organisation. Sportivo will search its database of schools in South Africa.

11. Click on 'Sport'..

12. Select the appropriate sport e.g. "Netball".

13. Select " Organisation Type".

14. Select the appropriate type of organisation you wish to search for.

15. Click on "Organisation".

16. Type in the school you would like to search.

17. Click on the appropriate school in the list provided.

P.S. If your school is not found in our data base of schools please contact Sportivo

18. Click on "Next".

19. Click on "Generate Link".

You can either:

1. Send the link to the school for completion OR

2. Use the "Go to Registration" this option allows for you to complete it yourself
(recommended for faster processing).

20. Click "Go To Registration".

21. Enter the contact details for the school manager and click "Next".

22. Click on "Age Groups".

23. Select the appropriate age groups for the required teams.

24. Click on "Gender".

25. Select the appropriate gender. 

26. Click on "Next".

27. Select the appropriate team levels based on the age groups.

28. Click on "Next".

29. Review the summary of the teams and click on "Submit".

30. Click on the arrow.

31. Click on "Pending Organisations".

32. Click the three dots next to the organisations name and choose "Accept" or "Reject".

33. Click on "Manage Details" to update information if no approval has been made.

Please note:
The Sportivo admin team conducts the final checks to prevent duplicate entries.

Sportivo Support will notify you once the organization is created, making it's teams available for selection in your league.
