Communication: Creating a Chat Group

1.  Click "Log in" https://sportivo.app/admin/#/public/home

2. Enter your email and password then click on "Go to New Admin Portal".

3. Click on "Chat".

4. Click on "Manage Chat Groups".

5. Click on "Create Chat Groups".

6. Click on the Group type and select the appropriate type of chat you wish to create.

7. Click the "Group Name" and type in the name you would like to make the team.

8. You are able to select whether you would like to make your chat a 'read only' or not.

9. Click on "Next".

10. This shows you the admins are on the chat group, click "Next".

11. Click on "Add or Remove Teams".

12. Select them appropriate team you would like to create the chat group for.

13. Click on "Update".

14. Click on "Next".

15. Select the members you would like to add to the chat. e.g Admins, team players, parents etc.

16. Click "Next".

17. Click on "Create chat group".

18. You will then be able to see the chat you have created.

19. To manage your chat group, click on the three dots.

20. You will have a dropdown with options to select from should you need to edit, manage your members and/or delete the         chat if necessary.

21. Click on "Chat" to send messages.

22. Select the chat group you wish to send a message on.

23. Click the "Message" field and type the message you would like to send you are also able to add an attachment if you need to relating the the message in the chat.

24. Click on the forward arrow to send your message.

25. To add an attachment click on the link icon bottom right of your screen.

27. A push notification will then be sent to all those who have been added to the chat

  group in the mobile app.
