How to create an Availability Event on Sportivo

This Availability feature, is to easily manage transport requirements and accommodation needs for events right from the admin portal.

Request responses from players and/or parents, and Sportivo will handle the rest through the mobile app.

Collect detailed responses including availability, transport, and accommodation needs.

Export or download your availability list at the touch of a button, perfect for sharing with coaching staff or organizing transport lists.


1.  Navigate to https://sportivo.app/admin/#/public/home


2.  Click on "Log in".


3.  Click on "Go to New Admin Portal".


4.  Click on "Availability".


5.  Click on "Add Event".


6.  Click on "Event Title".


7.  Click on "Event Description" and add the description for your event.


8.  Click on "Event Location".


9.  Click on "Event Location" and add the location for the upcoming event.


10.  Click on the "start and end date" to enter the dates of your event.


11.  Select your start date.


12.  Select your end date.


13.  If there are fees included please add your cost per player here. 

       You may make use of free text OR select the amount by clicking on 

       the arrows.


14.  Click on "Next".


15.  Click on the below options when asking about availability.


16.  Click the the relevant option available.


17.  Click "Transport will be provided" if necessary.


18.  Select from the options below.


19.  Click on "Mode of transport".


20.  Select from the options below the mode of transport for the event.


21.  Click on the "Transport to event" and add the information regarding the

       transport to the event.


22.  Click on "Transport from event" and add the information regarding the 

       transport from the event.


23.  Click on "Accommodation will be provided" if required.


24.  Click on one of the options below relevant to your event.


25.  Click the "Accommodation arrangements" and add the information 

       required for your event if required. 


26.  Select from the below options, who will be required to complete the form.


27.  You may select one or both options available.


28.  Click on "Next".


29.  Click on "Add or Remove Teams".


30.  Option 1 - Click on the team/s you would like to add to the event.


31.  Option 2 - when adding your team/s. You may click on the "filter icon".


32.  Click on "Sport".


33.  Select from the relevant sport from the dropdown provided.


34.  Click on "Age Group".


35.  Select the relevant age group from the dropdown list provided.



36.  You will see that your team/s you have selected will appear below. 

       Click on "Next".


37.  Select the date you would like the form to be sent.


38.  Select the date as seen below.


39.  You have the option of selecting and choosing the second round, 

       this will then automatically send out a reminder to complete the 

       form if not completed by the parent or player as yet.


40.  Select the date you would like the second round to be sent out.


41.  Click on the "Availability questions".


42.  You will be able to add free text in the field below.


43.  Click on the transport questions, and add your text here.


44.  Click on "Use Defaults". This option allows for you to make use of 

       automated text.


45.  Click on the options available for the relevant language you would like

       to use.


46.  Click on "Next".


47.  Click on "Create Event".


48.  Option 1 - Click here to export or download your availability list.

       This download will appear in an excel sheet under your downloads.


49.  Option 2 - Click on the three dots then click on "Responses" and or 

       download the "Attendance template" of the responses. This will appear

       in your downloads as a PDF.


50.  Click the "Include Players in status "No Response"" if you would like

       this to be added in your register.


51.  Click on "download' and your export will appear in your downloads as

       a PDF.
