Adding players and leadership to your team and downloading teamsheets (Rugby)

Sportivo allows you to add players to your team, assign player positions, finalize and download teamsheets. Boksmart reports are also avaible for printing on Sportivo. Add Leadership to the team: Managers, Coaches and Captains. 

1.  Navigate to https://sportivo.app/admin/#/authentication/login

2.  Click "Go to New Admin Portal".

3.  Click on teams in your organization.

4.  Click on the three dots alongside the team.

5.  Click on "Manage".

6.  Click on "People".

7.  To add a coach and/or manager. Click on the "+".

8.  Click on "Add existing coach from organisation".

9.  Click on the + alongside the coach or manager you would like to add.

10.  Once you have added the coaches and managers click on the "x" to exit.

11.  To add players click on the '+".

12.  Click on "Add existing player from organisation".

13.  Click on the + alongside each player you would like to add to the team.

14.  Once you have added all your players click on the "x" to exit.

15.  To view your players click on the down arrow.

16.  Your players will then appear.

17.  To complete your line up after adding your players, click on "line-up".

18.  Click on the position you would like to add the player to.

19.  Then click on the player.

20.  Follow the above steps until your line up is complete.

21.  To add a Captain and/or Vice Captain, click on the position in the line-up.

22.  Add the player by clicking on the player you would like to add.

23.  Once you have added the player. click on the player again.

24.  Click on "Captain" or Vice Captain.

25.  Then click here to "save".

26.  Once your line up is complete click on the "bell icon". This prompts a push

       notification to go out the everyone in the team for the line-up.

27.  You may make use of free text here if you like for the Title and/or body.

28.  Click on "Ok" when you are done.

29.  To download your Boksmart Teamsheet, click on the "PDF" icon.

30.  Click on "SARU Team Sheet". This will download the Boksmart Teamsheet into a

       PDF.
