Scheduling Events in Sportivo Admin Portal

1. Navigate to https://sportivo.app/admin/#/public/home


2. Click "Log in" at the top right corner of the screen.


3. Click "Go to New Admin Portal".


4. Click on "Calendar".


5. You will be able to view the calendar in a table view or a list view by switching between these two icons. It will automatically be set on the list view.


6. Click here for the table view.


7. To create a new event in your calendar, click "Event".

You'll be able to create events for the entire school or organization, reaching everyone connected to it - parents, followers, coaches, managers, players, and more.


8. To create a school or organization event, select "Club/School Event" as the event type.


9. Select your school / organisation.


10. If you would like to create it for a specific sporting code, click "Select Sport". This step is optional.


11. Select the type of event you’re creating, such as a 'Game Analysis' session, 'Practice', 'Social event', etc.


12. Select the start date of the event.


13. Select the time it starts.


14. Click "OK".


15. Select the end date.


16. Select the appropriate date.


17. Select the time.


18. Add the appropriate time the event ends.


19. Click "OK".


Please note when setting the start and end date: These will typically be the same day. If you choose to repeat the event over specific days or weeks, the system will create an event for each occurrence. However, if the start and end date span multiple days, it will only appear as one event on the start date.

21. Alternatively, if the location is outside the school/organisation, you can manually enter it using the free text option.


22. You can add notes to the event, such as the event name, items to bring, and any other relevant details.


23. You can also add any relevant attachments, such as PDFs, images, and more.


The following steps will guide you through creating events for a specific team within your school or organisation.



24. Click on "Team Event".

 

25. Click on 'Select Team' to choose from a selection of the teams within your organization.


26. Click on the appropriate team.


27. Select the type of event.


28. Click on "Start Date".


29. Select the start date.


30. Click on the time.


31. Select the appropriate time.


32. Click on "OK".


33. Click on 'End Date'.


34. Select the appropriate date.


35. Click on the time.


36. Select the appropriate time.


37. Click on "OK".


38. Click here to set as a recurring event.


39. Select the appropriate days.


40. Select the amount of weeks for the event.


41. Click on 'Location'.


42. Select the appropriate field for the event.


43. Click "Use free text for location" to make use of the free text option.


44. You can add notes to the event, such as the event name, items to bring, and any other relevant details.


45. You can also add any relevant attachments, such as PDFs, images, and more.


46. Click on "SAVE".


47. Click "Send push notification" and a notification will be sent to everyone within the team and it's followers.


48. Click "CANCEL" if you would not like anyone to receive the notification.


49. Click on the day of the event that you would like to view.


50. Click on the event created.


51. Click on the event to view the details.


52. To edit an event click here.


53. Click on "Edit Future Events" if you want to make changes to all upcoming recurring events.


54. Click on "SAVE".


55. Click "Send push notification".


56. To delete an event, click on the event to view it.


57. Click on the bin icon to delete an event.


58. Click this icon to delete future events.


59. Click "OK".


60. Click "Send Push Notification" to notify everyone involved in the event.
