Rules for sharing match coding
Extra filters have been added to the match coding screen for sharing with a person or an organisation.
- Date Range to default to last month
- Sport
- Age Group
It will show the list of match coding's you have created
OR shared with you personally
OR shared with your organisation
These match coding's may be shared
To a coach for that sporting code
If you are a player for that sport (this will always be read only)
or you are an admin for your organisation
Rules applied when sharing
If the user is a system admin - the user can see all coding irrespective of the sport - it is not read only
If shared with a user as an 'editor' and not a viewer - it is not read only
If shared with an organisation as an editor and the user is a coach, manager or assistant coach of 1 of the teams
1. Navigate to https://sportivo.app/v3/#/auth/sign-in
2. Click on "Log In".
3. Click on "Match Coding".
4. Select the date range if the games were from a previous month and is not
showing.
5. Click on the 3 dots alongside the team match.
6. Click "Sync Stats to Video (Home)" This will sync the stats to the video of the match.
Please Note: That once you have synced the video you will then need to QA (review) the
stats you have entered to make sure that they are correctly synced. In order to review your
stats go back to the match synced, click manage and then click on the three dots on the top
right of your screen, then click on 'go to video' to review if stats are aligned. This is done by
clicking >play on a stat.
7. Click on the 3 dots alongside the match you would like to share.
8. Click on "Share".
9. Click on "Share with organisation" or a person.
10. Click the "Search" field. The same will apply when adding a person.
11. Type the Organization name in the search field and then click on the + to add.
12. Click on "Update".
13. Click on "Viewer". "This is read only"
14. Click on "Editor" this option will allow the organization to edit if needed.
