Create Ad-Hoc Match for Coding on Sportivo.

Once the an ad-hoc match has been created in Sportivo, you can upload a video and begin coding the match for performance analysis. This allows you to quickly set up a match for coding when it's not part of an existing fixture.


1. To login "Go to New Admin Portal".


2.  Click on "Match Coding". 


3.  Click on "Add Match Coding".


4.  Click on "Sport" and select the appropriate Sport.


5.  Select the appropriate sporting code.


6.  Click on "School/Club".    


7.  Click on the appropriate School/Club.


8.  Click on "Team".


9.  Click on the appropriate team.


10.  Click on " Next".


11.  Click on "Create Ad-Hoc Match".


12.  Select the appropriate date. 


13.  Click on "Periods". This will prompt you to add the correct periods per match e.g 2

       halves.


14.  Click the "Minutes per period" and enter the minutes for each period played.


15.  Click on "Your Team Plays".


16.  Click on "Home or Away" this is dependant on if your team played home or away.


17.  Click on "Opposition School/Club" search icon.


18.  Click here to search opposition.


19.  Type the opposition in the search field.


20.  Click on the appropriate opposition school/club.


21.  Click on "search" to select opposition team.


22.  Click on the team for the opposition.


23.  Click on "Save".


24.  Click on "Add Match Coding".


25.  Click on "Coding Template".


26.  Select the preferred "Coding Template".

27.  Click on "Confirm" once you have selected your coding template.



28.  Click "Done" once all your details have been completed.


29.  Click on the three dots.


30.  Click on "Load Video". To add video to be coded.


31.  Click on the appropriate video.


32.  Click here to view the video for coding.


33.  After clicking on the above the video will appear on your screen. You are able to

       drag and adjust the video as per your preference.


34.  Click on the team you want to code for.


35.  Click on "Start Match" to begin coding.


36.  Click on the appropriate code as per video statistic.


37.  Select the location to which the statistic took place.


38.  To undo a previous stat click on the back arrow (bottom right of the screen).


39.  Click here to delete a stat.


40.  Click on the bin icon next to the stat you would like to delete.


41.  Click "OK" to confirm that you would like to delete this stat.


42.  Click here to return to coding template.


43. The video being coded can be controlled by these time stamps. You are able to

      rewind, fast forward and/or pause.


44.  Click here to end "First half".

45.  Click here to "Start Second Half".


46.  Click on opposition to to add codes to the opposition team.


47.  Click on "Try" as an example.


48.  Select the location.


49.  Once the match is complete, click on "Full Time".


50.  Click here to view stats and pie charts of the coded game.
