Register, Accept and Add players to your Team registration

1. You will have received a team registration link from the tournament organizer. Click the link to open the Sportivo Team Registration Form and complete it, officially registering your team for the tournament. 


2. Fill in your team's details in the team registration form to ensure all necessary information is captured for the tournament registration.


3. Once you've filled in all of the required information, click "Submit" to complete your Team Registration.


4. Please note that a message similar to this will appear upon successful registration. If you see this message, your registration has been completed successfully. To prevent any issues, please avoid submitting duplicate Team Registrations. 


Once you’ve submitted your team registration following the steps above, please be aware that you will receive an email confirming your team's registration only after the tournament organizer has accepted it. This will be followed by another email with instructions on how to register your players for the tournament.

It’s important to note that you have two options for player registration: you can either share your unique player registration link with your players, allowing them to register themselves, or you can register them on their behalf as the coach or manager of the team by following the steps outlined below.


Once your team registration has been accepted, please note that the coach's and manager's email addresses will be linked to the team registration. This means you will need to have a Sportivo profile associated with that email address to access the steps provided below.


5. Click "Log in"


6. Click "Go to New Admin Portal"


7. Click "Team Registrations"


8. Click on the "Event" dropdown


9. Select the appropriate event for which you are registering from the list. 


10. Click on the "Team" dropdown.


11. Choose the appropriate team for which you are registering from the list. 


12. To start registering players, click "Add player"


13. Complete the registration form on behalf of the player. 


14. To submit a player entry and quickly register another, click "Submit & New Entry." This will open a new form for you to complete. If you've finished registering all your players and are ready to finalise, simply click "Submit"


15. Once you've registered all your players, you can quickly accept them by clicking the 'Accept Pending Players' button. This will approve all players collectively in one step. 


16. Click "OK" to confirm.


17. You can also manage players individually by clicking the three dots next to a player's name on the left. This will allow you to accept, reject, withdraw, or mark them as a duplicate. 


18. Click "Edit Registration Status"


19. Click on "New Status" 


20. Choose the appropriate status of the Player.
